在台灣旅行業的激烈競爭中,MyTaiwanTour (MTT) 以專注於外國旅客服務,建立了獨特的市場地位。他們連續五年榮獲 TripAdvisor 最佳服務獎,成為眾多國際知名企業和活動的指定旅行伴侶,包括好萊塢明星、麥肯錫、Nike 等,甚至是 2017 年台北世大運指定的外國選手旅行社。

傳統旅行社常以樂趣為主要溝通方向,MTT 的卓越之處不僅僅在於接待外國旅客,更在於他們對待顧客的細緻關懷,使他們成為一家獨具特色的旅行社。

品牌重新定位之初,我們發現傳統的識別元素並未能完全表達MTT所代表的價值。因此,我們重新思考了MTT 的核心價值,並透過「MTT帶領你享受下一段旅程」和「每段旅程都是個情感上的繩結」等概念,重新塑造了品牌形象。我們將旅遊服務的價值從單純的「樂趣」轉化為「享受」,並用了旅遊界罕見的金色和黑色,以展現 MTT 的價值所在。

我們不僅將這些核心元素融入官網的設計和使用者體驗,更細心思考周邊產品的設計,期望在每一個細節中都能與顧客建立深厚的情感聯繫,為顧客帶來永生難忘的精緻體驗。因為對MTT而言,旅行是一段情感豐富的旅程,而非僅僅是走馬觀花。

In Taiwan's competitive travel industry, MyTaiwanTour (MTT) stands out for its focus on foreign travelers, earning TripAdvisor's Best Service Award for five consecutive years. They've become the go-to travel partner for international enterprises and events, serving Hollywood stars, McKinsey, Nike, and acting as the official travel agency for foreign athletes during the 2017 Taipei Summer Universiade.

Unlike traditional agencies that prioritize fun, MTT excels in catering to foreign travelers with meticulous care, setting them apart as an exceptional agency.

In repositioning the brand, we realized traditional identity elements didn't fully reflect MTT's values. We redefined their core values with concepts like "MTT leads you to enjoy the next journey" and "Each journey is a knot of emotions." By shifting the focus from mere "fun" to "enjoyment," and using gold and black colors uncommon in the industry, we highlighted MTT's value.

We didn't stop at website design; we also crafted peripheral products to forge deep emotional connections with customers, offering unforgettable experiences. For MTT, travel isn't just observation; it's an emotionally enriching journey.
